The Situation

E3 was hired to improve operational and financial efficiency throughout Lufthansa Aviation Training, USA.

The CEO wanted to overhaul employee relations, including a fractured union relationship by developing a trust-based culture throughout the organization.

Working directly with all members of the C-Suite team and various emerging leaders, we transformed a $24M revenue company from a cost-plus mindset, into an organization focused on continuous improvement and operational and financial efficiency.

Intervention

Applying the E3 coaching framework, the following areas were a focal point for our team:

  • C-Suite team members were identified and data collected on strategic outcomes, key systemic and individual objectives.
  • C-Suite, senior leader, and emerging level leader coaching engagements were conducted.
  • Engagement included 360 assessments, interviews and other psych DNA behavioral assessments. Data was reviewed with each leader individually, gaps were identified, strengths leveraged and robust developmental plans co-created for execution.
